Position: Van Driver (Part-Time)
Location: Southsea / Logistics
Shop Location: DEBRA Shop, PO5 1JF
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £19,787.04 per annum / £13.59 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week, across 4 days between Monday and Friday (no fixed pattern)
Flexibility: This role requires a flexible approach to working hours. You may be asked to adjust your schedule from time to time to support operational needs, including covering staff holidays and absences.

What You will Need

• A full, clean UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
• Minimum 1 year of van driving experience
• Due to insurance policy requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over
  Applicants under 25 or with less than 1 year of experience may still apply, but may be subject to additional insurance costs
• A friendly, professional attitude and presentable appearance
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely

Your Key Responsibilities

• Represent DEBRA with professionalism and care during collections and deliveries
• Safely load and unload goods, following manual handling regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
• Keep the van clean, roadworthy, and serviced
• Comply with UK driving laws and health & safety standards
• Be flexible and responsive to changing operational needs
