📄 Contract: Temporary,  6-month Fixed Term
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days per week 
💷 Pay: £24,378.00 per annum

If so, DEBRA is looking for a Store & Trading Support Officer to join our newly formed support team and help our shops trade brilliantly every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for practical retail queries from store teams
• Resolving day-to-day issues that impact store performance
• Supporting the delivery of retail projects and operational improvements
• Collaborating with Area Managers and Head Office teams
• Sharing operational updates and performance data
• Maintaining store documentation, compliance records, and procedural guides
• Monitoring logistics compliance, insurance, and incident reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Experience in a retail or B2C environment (preferred)
• A collaborative team player with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
